Hi,
Don't worry. Everything is alright. Since you have started sharp pains and cramps, bleeding may start shortly. For most women bleeding starts within 24 hours of the second dose. Fore some it may get delayed further.

The bleeding will be heavy in the first few hours. However if the bleeding is heavy (soaking 2pads/hour for more than two hours) or if the bleeding persists even after 2 weeks you must see the doctor. Get an ultrasound done after two weeks to make sure that the abortion process is complete.

To avoid such unnecessary stress I advise you to consult your doctor and start regular contraception like hormonal contraception or have an intrauterine devise fitted as they are very effective in preventing pregnancy.
I hope I have answered to your satisfaction. If you have any further queries do contact me through healthcare magic
