What Could Cause Delay In Periods And Abdominal Pain?

I have missed period by 6 days and today i had home pregnancy test and the result was negative,and i had small abdominal pain and every time feel like to go to toilet just like loose motion, does it is a pregnancy symptom?.Should i test pregnancy again?

Hi,

Yes, I will suggest you to do a urine pregnancy test after 1 more week. If after it comes negative, start medroxyprogesterone tablet for 5 days. Start antispasmodic tablet drotaverine for cramping pain in stomach. Also, these symptoms can be due to hormonal irregularities so I will suggest a thyroid profile test done.
