Hi,
In the current scenario, you may either repeat the pregnancy test with a fresh early morning sample of urine or better still, go for an estimation of the serum beta-hCG titres. This may be followed up with a trans-vaginal sonogram for a proper assessment of the state of the pelvic organs. Thus pregnancy can be confirmed/excluded for sure and further management can be accordingly planned. Often, ovulation may get delayed even during induced cycles. Please see an expert for further help. Take care.
