What Could Cause Delay In Periods?

Hi, a couple days ago my condom broke during sex with my girlfriend, the next day (under 24hours later)she took the morning after pill. Now however she is 3 days late on her period I believe and between taking the pill and now, I have fingered her twice. I was wondering if fingering can affect how well plan b works?
