What Could Cause Delayed Periods?

I was the last month of the menstrual cycle on 25/3/16. Until today I did not make the present period. My husband and I always follow safety procedures. I started taking the pill from on 6/4/2016. I suspect that it is now and not pregnant. We did not have sex until 5/4/2016 to 25/3/16. We have first sex on 6/4/2016

I really appreciate your concern, pregnancy would be very less likely but no contraceptive method is hundred per cent protective and looking to this it is better to get done the test in case of amenorrhea and ultrasonography test hope this information helps.
