Hi,I am Dr. Prabhakar Koregol (Cardiologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello, when I have woke up the last two days, I have felt 'off-balance' and slightly dizzy. Yesterday the feeling went away after about 30 minutes and feels like it is going away today but it is still an odd feeling to have to hold onto the walls when I wake up and carefully get into the shower. I'm a 35 year old male, 5'8, 165 and I workout at least 4 days a week for at least 80-90 minutes. After running on the treadmill the other night I did feel a 'twinge' in my upper back/lower neck that may have felt like a pinched nerve but certainly not anything I had never felt before after running but thought that could have something to do with this odd feeling the last couple of days. Any insight you can provide? I appreciate it!

What Could Cause Dis Balance And Dizzy?
Welcome to Health Care See an ENT specialist / get examined; investigated…Balancing mechanism is in the inner ear. Postural hypo-tension / anaemia are also common causes If not, see a neurologist – MRI and/or MRA may be needed If still elusive, see Cardiologist! - for arrhythmia, clot, ischemia etc.. In the meantime, medicines like betahistine and/or flunarazine may help Prognosis is generally excellent in such situations… Regards
