What Could Cause Dizziness, Difficulty Hearing And Continuous Noise In The Ear?

Hello doctor, I am a 33 year old female. when I was about 18, for the first time I was getting dizzy and it remained for 3 - 4 days. The then doctor gave me Stugeron. Since then, no dizziness occurred at all. But 2 years ago, I went through 2 surgeries within 8 months. One for Chocolate Cyst and other for Gallbladder stone. after those operations, I am frequently suffering from dizziness and vertigo. but it happens only on my left side, causing sensation in my left hand, lips (only left side). I can't hear high frequency sounds by my left ear and there is always a sound like crickets made inside my left ear. My height is 4 feet 11 inches, weight 56 kg, B/P level remain in between 110/80

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

There can be many reasons for your dizzinees including an inner ear problem or low hemoglobin level. I would like you to meet an ent doctor and get your ear examined , you will need some audiological tests and maybe an mri scan, once the diagnosis is clear, you can be treated.
Thanks
