What Could Cause Dizziness, Nausea And Imbalance Apart From Tinnitus?

My 24 year old daughter was dizzy and nauseous and her balance was off all last week after 4 doctor visits she is feeling better but has faint ringing in the ear and is still dizzy. The last doctor in dicated BBPV the prior doctor vestibular neuritis. Her hearing tested fine. What is this and who do I see?
