What Could Cause Dripping Sweat From Armpits, Short Light Period Followed By Random Spotting And Dizziness?

Recently I've started feeling hotter than normal and I'll literally drip sweat from my armpits. My periods have never been normal but this month I had a shorter light one followed two weeks later by random spotting on and off for a few days. I've been getting lightheaded but my diet over the holiday season has not been fabulous which I also think has led to me being a bit nauceous . I've also had to start wearing my glasses (low persrciption ) again can all these things be related?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your query sweating form armpit is a physiological phenomenon, and not the sign of any disease, but as you said about other clinical condition then the chances of low haemoglobin has to be rule out, so better get done the haemoglobin test, have nice time.
