What Could Cause Ear Buzz?

I had a buzz in my ear for a second while i was listening through earphone, so i took it out, and through out the day, I had very minimum pain and now it is totally fine and ears are fine but when I close each ear, I feel that one ear hears slightly louder than other but normally i dont feel any notice

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of ear buzz which is due to ear infection and foreign body penetration in ear. Need not to worry about it. I would suggest you to visit Otolaryngologist/ pediatrician immediately and get evaluated and start treatment after proper examination. Get all the lab tests done and examination with otoscope. You should take proper rest. Try to avoid pricking it with any sharp object. You should avoid sleeping on this side. You should take antibiotic Ciprofloxacin along with Ibuprofen. You should put Otogesic ear drops 2-3 times a day.
