hi im on the pill and my period came early leaving me wit 3 pills left which is unusual it was heavy ish an was gone after two days ive also been having many pregnancy signs feeling sick tender breasts an tired all the time two weeks ago i done a test which was negitative what cud it be

Hello, I would be happy to help you with your question.

It is very unlikely that you are pregnant if you are taking the birth control pills correctly (no skipped pills and same time of day). That being said, I would not ignore your symptoms which might indicate a pregnancy. Take another pregnancy test now. If the test is negative, then this just likely represents symptoms related to your cycle which occur on occasion if you ovulate while on the pill.
