What Could Cause Elevated ESR Levels And How To Reduce It?

Hi,
My ESR level is 95. I have done montos test it came positive. My Dr is saying 99% adult's report come positive. but my esr it is not coming down so could be TB. As there are no symptoms I don't want to start TB treatment. Can you please let me know how could I decrease my esr level? & what could be the reason for increase in my esr level? Pls advice

ESR ia a one type of test result. It is not a disease result or final diagnosis of a particular disease.
Your doctor has advised you properly about montox test. False positive results are more due to various reasons.
Same elevated ESR is also anon specific result. It may be raise in many simple infections and other conditions.
You have no any sign and symptoms suggesting of TB so ignore the raised result of ESR.
ESR helps and support in diagnosing several disease conditions along with clinical signs.
So don't afraid of the ESR test result and take care.
