What Could Cause Elevated Direct Bilirubin, Mild Liver-side Pain After Meals, And Itching?

My sgpt is 55 sgot is normal. My ultrasound is normal. S. Bilirubun direct is 1.5 higher than normal. Ultrasound shows bowel wall thickening and dilated abdomen shows gaseous shadow. But I feel little pain and on liver side after taking meal and itching.
