male patient 30 years presented with nausea vomiting bluring of vision elevated liver enzyme ALT-120 AST-112 total bilirubin -2.5 mainly direct CBC -unremarkable. electrolytes-normal . CT brain Angio-unremarkable .fundus examination bilateral papilloedema . viralscreening negative except EBV IgG titer is high what is DD. how to appraoch with case - csf tapping was done normal examination

as per dd what is staus of pancreas ..as ancreatitis may affect vision ..please go for serum amylase ..serum lipase and CT abdomen as ulktrasound is not good option for pancreatitis
