What Could Cause Extreme Swelling In The Feet, Lower Legs And Hands Along With Fatigue And Lack Of Appetite?

I am on an iv form of this for 6 weeks, and am in the middle of my 3rd week. I am experiencing extreme swelling in my Feet, lower legs and hands . Also extreme fatigue and no appetite. I have been diagnosed with propion-bacterium acne from a shoulder replacement I had done last summer June of 2018. They said I will be on an oral dosage after this for the next year. Any advice?
