What Could Cause Extremely Painful Cramping Despite Taking A Painkiller And A Boric Acid Suppository?

Hey, I finished my period on Saturday last weekend. On Wednesday I had intense cramps and took a painkiller for it. The cramps we re not back up until Friday, where I also inserted boric acid suppository. Three days later and I m still experiencing excessively painful cramping. As soon as the painkillers wear off. What could be the problem?
