What Could Cause Fatigue, Painful Eyes, Chills And Dizziness?

i am sleeping for 7 hours a day.still i feel that i want to sleep after having breakfast. my eyes a re paining and head is reeling. i feel like that some earthquake is coming and feel the shivering. I eat all vegetables and a vegetarian. will have milk and breakfast and fruits every day.
