What Could Cause Fatigue?

HI I AM CONSTANTLY TIRED, COULD SLEEP ALL DAY BUT STILL FEEL TIRED, HAVE NIGHT SWEATS, I ACHE, I HAVE A LUMP WHICH IS PAINFUL UNDER MY CHIN, I'M ANGRY AND IMPATIENT WHICH I THINK IS DUE TO BEING TIRED, I HAVE HAD ENOUGH. I AM ONLY 28 AND I DONT EVEN WANT TO GO OUT ANYMORE. MY BLOODS HAVE BEEN TESTED FOR EVERYTHING AND ALL COME BACK FINE - WHATS WRONG WITH ME PLEASE!

Your symptoms are suggestive of thyroid abnormality . Need to get examined by doctor and treatment for the same. Thyroid profile test need to be done.
