Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that there might be deficiency of other vitamin like B12 and D3. It is not necessary there is only deficiency of hemoglobin cause tiredness.

So go investigation and take multivitamin with Vitamin D3 once a week and meganeuron od once a day.

Take small and frequent healty meal in a day.

Maintain dairy intake in your meal.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
