What Could Cause Feeling Of Water Going Down The Left Side Of Chest?

Whenever I drink water, I feel as if the water is going down the left side of my chest. What could be wrong?
It's with all liquids. If it helps, I started working out on my chest just a few days ago and that's when I felt this sensation. I don't even have insurance. What should I do and is it something serious?
