Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

I understand your concern and would explain that your symptoms do not seem to be related to any cardiac disorders.

A pinched nerve is probably the main cause of your symptoms. You should know that in certain position of the arm during sleep, different nerve traveling across the arm can be compressed. In severe cases this is also called Saturday night palsy.

For this reason, I recommend consulting with a neurologist and performing a nerve conduction study.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
