What Could Cause Foreskin Burning, Discoloration, And Nail Changes After A Massage?

I went to massage centere 2weeks back there was no sex, only massage and last 1 minute hand job. Massageur was wearing pants and shirt throught out time. They had used some gel for massage. I am facing problem with my penis fore skin. It is burning and irretaring from last 4th day after massage I did normal urine test also and blood test report is fine. When visited urologist explained he prescribed Doxysalt 100 mg 2 times for 15 days . And I am taking tablet since last 5 days. My toe nails under turned little yellowish and small pain. Similarly I note on pennis there is a mark which is slightly black and yellowish look like inside sone infection. Similar to toes. Pennis normal reddish color is not there. Its slightly pale white now.
