What Could Cause Frequent Urination?

i have frequent urination,excess saliva and hungery more than usually and about two week ago when period was suppose can at night i had cramps but they were gone in the morning . my still did not come but the cramps are gone i did a pregnacy test it said negitive. what wrong with me.

Dear madam i can understand your concern
your symptoms are consistent with two possibilities
1.Diabetes
2.urinary tract infection
i suggest you to meet a doc and undergo blood test fro suagar and urine analysis
