What Could Cause Frequent Watery Stool In An Infant With Full Vaccinations?

A infant who just completed with frequent watery stool came to the emergency room at a community clinic. This child had taken all the mandatory vaccinations of the EPI program in Ghana and no bacterial or parasitic organisms were seen in his stool in the laboratory. There was also no mucus or blood in the stool. What is the primary suspicion?
