Hi,

First of all, you should do MRI T2 Weighted on the brain and a biopsy to assess the nature of the lump you have. The lump at the base of the skull compresses cranial nerves, blood vessels and the bone of the skull causing destruction of the nerve coverings, resulting in a headache. If the lump were benign, you need some medications such as vitamin B complex, vitamin D and a pain killer. Finally, you should do some investigations such as: measuring blood pressure, fasting blood glucose and CBC to assess your general health.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
