What Could Cause Headache?

My husband was spray painting a toy car yesterday in ourI basement which is mot ventilated to do that, we them went out that evening had a couple drinks when we got home he proceeded to get sick
but he vomiting blood. Now today he has a headache and os nausus. What should we do

Hi welcome to HCM....

Your husband having vomiting with blood in it ....

So let me know you does he has any liver problem ????
If not known than cirrhosis like condition if unnoticed than might lead trouble ....
Investigate with liver function test like serum albumin and PT esp ....

If no liver problem than blood vomitus could be by gastritis or ulcer in stomach ....
For that you need to given pentoprazole tablet for two to four week .. .

Also investigate by CBC and CRP. ...

Avoid gastric irritants like excess spicy food , meat , alcohol , excess tea and coffe etc ...

Fruit taken more ....

For headache simple analgesic given ...

If needed USG abdomen done ....

With keeping my answer in mind consult physician ....
