What Could Cause Headaches With Dizz?ines

I have been experiencing many headaches, and have been feeling dizzy daily for a few months now, what can it be? Also I am suppose to fly in a few weeks and the total amount of flying time will be 20 hours. Is this a good idea? Or should I cancel my trip?

There can be multiple causes that can lead to a headache followed by dizziness. One of the reasons could be low BP or could also be a migraine so I would suggest you to get a thorough checkup before boarding your plane.
