My fiancé has been in and out of the hospital the past couple months and more recent this week. She has a mental health history and we have had some stress with planning a wedding, buying a house, keeping up with the finances, and her mother. They have ran all the appropriate tests such as CT head, MRI head, ECHO, EKG, EEG, blood work, orthostatics, and have now had pysch see her. She still doesn t feel well and seems to be disoriented, lethargic, fainting spells, headaches, and irritability. She has had Mirena in for about 2 years after she became pregnant on oral contraceptive and then on the Depo shot. Could the Mirena be causing this and should we follow up with her OB/GYN, or should we follow pysch and that it is stress caused and just do the change in medication? I have been with her for about a year and never seen her act like this and there has been no recent change in her psych meds.
