What Could Cause Heaviness And Tightening In Chest With ENG Reports Being Normal?
I have had heaviness or tightening of the chest for quite awhile and lately pain on the left side. My doctor took an eng everything is normal, then a chest crazy, normal. I'm waiting for the results to a mammogram. So she doesn't know what's going on. Last night I was feeling really bad and my husband suggested I take a nitro, to my surprise I have no pain today. What do I do now?

I really appreciate your concern, nitroglycerine can relieve the any chest pain of any kind due to its action, but that does not mean that this was the cardiac pain, if you have not done the x-ray of chest then get it done, if this turns unremarkable then no need to worry, your emotional stress is responsible for this you have to keep this low, every thing will be alright, hope this information helps you,
