What Could Cause Hip And Groin Pain With A Spongy, Fluid-like Feeling In Both Upper Legs, More On The Right?

Hi there , I have pain in both my hips the last 2 weeks and grown pelvic area on the right side , also upper legs from hip to my knee feels spongy to touch and like there is fluid trapped there, in both legs but more pronounced in my right one , any idea what it is or should do , I’m female in my early 40,s
