What Could Cause Hot Flashes On My Face Sometimes Even Though I Am In Good Shape?

for about a month now for no apparent reason my face will turn bright red almost like blushing. My blood pressure is fine no other health issues. about 3 months ago I started riding my bike again for exercise and currently ride 3 to 5 times a week about 60 miles a week. I am a 64 year old Male I consider myself in very good shape not on any meds other than a baby aspirin when I remember to take it.
