What Could Cause Incision To Open Up Post Op Even When There Is No Straining / Overdoing?

My incision got an opening in it at two and a half weeks post op. Four days later I got another hole. Then at four weeks I got a third hole. There is no sign of infection but why is it slowly getting breaks in the incision. Also I have been resting with the occasional walk but no straining or overdoing it.

hi, have you been on pain killers or steroids, a common cause of delayed wound healing. if not you should rule out infection, difficult to trace, hence a course of antibiotics is worth trying. hope this helped.
