Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

There are several possibilities –from progression of the underlying CORONARY Artery Disease / Disease of Conduction System / changes in electrolytes or sugar/ impending failure and so on…
The first step is to see a Cardiologist / heartbeats need to be DOCUMENTED by ElectroCardioGram (EKG).
Holter or event monitor / ECHOcardiogram / TMT (Treadmill exercise ECG) / LABORATORY work-up – may all be necessary for further
The treating doctor may suggest them depending on need, based on his assessment of the situation.

Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
