What Could Cause Intermittent Abdominal Pain, Spotting, Nausea, Tiredness, Headaches And Breast Pain?

Hi, I was told by my doctor I have thyroid fever and was given medications. I miss my period last month but I get it this abdominal pians which comes and goes. I spotted some blood early this month I have nausea headache tiredness pain in my breast. Have also had some smelly vigina discharge. What can be the course.
