What Could Cause Irregular Heartbeat, Hard Like Explosion With Fatigue And Sluggish Feeling?

Lately I've been feeling a little off I guess we will say. My heart feels like it is misfiring is the only way I can describe it. It beats a couple times fine then I get one or two real hard beats and I can feel it in my head almost like an explosion, I've been very tired and sluggish too.

Cardiologist 's  Response
Dear sir/ madam
Thanks for writing to us.
This seems like a rhythm disorder of heart. You need to get an ECG done at time of episode to detect it. A cardiac ultrasound is also indicated and will help in reaching a final diagnosis. Since you are symptomatic too, I would recommend to see your physician at earliest as it could be related to a structural heart disease.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
