OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that this condition of your can be due to irregularities in menstrual cycle which may be due to hormonal irregularities. I would suggest you to do a thyroid profile test and prolactin test done, start taking Norethisterone tablets 5 mg for 20 days. This may be repeated for 3 months. Also, I would suggest you to do a ultrasound examination of lower abdomen to rule out other causes.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
