What Could Cause Itchy Bumps On The Face, Chest, And Back, Along With Congestion And Cough?

I’m wondering what little bumps appearing on my face chest shoulder and back that are itchy along with congestion , cough, and itchy nose could possibly mean. It’s been going on for about three days now and the bumps on my face I’m just getting worse.
