Hi this is pallavi. I am 13 weeks and 5 days pregnant. From last weeks I don't feel like eating anything. It's 3pm here and I just had sme cherries, 1mango and 1small plate of pasta.... I feel hungry but don't feel like eating. Is ir normal or do I need worried about this? My email I'd is YYYY@YYYY
Please do not worry. This is very common during pregnancy and occurs due to increase in the pregnancy hormones.
Please try to take small meals at regular intervals even if you do not have a desire to eat. Take at least 1-2 fruits a day. If you are feeling hungry but things are not tasting right try ingredients like a bit of roasted cumin seeds or mango chutney or pickle to enhance the taste.
This will go away after some time. Do not worry. Wish you a happy pregnancy.
