Hello,
Your symptoms may be indicative of nerve compression, spinal issues, vascular issues, cardiac or circulatory cause or Musculoskeletal stress and strain. Get clinically examined by a GP (cardiologist or vascular specialist), get ECG, treadmill
stress test , lower spine imaging if nerve compression is suspected, abdominal and leg vascular Doppler
ultrasound (to check blood flow).
It is important to study and detect nerve compression, blood flow, heart issues. Your treatment will depend on the diagnosis done. Go to ER if you have pain spreading to chest, jaw, or left arm, severe leg pain/swelling, increased
shortness of breath, dizziness as these symptoms can indicate heart problems or
blood clots.
Peripheral artery disease (PAD) or partial blockage in a leg artery can also cause heaviness or cramping in the leg during exertion (claudication). Get evaluated at the earliest so that diagnosis is done early and treatment gets started before the symptoms get worse. Circulation and heart involvement should be ruled out first before assuming it’s just muscular. You will be accordingly treated.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
