What Could Cause Left Arm And Chest Exhaustion, And A Cold Sensation In My Armpits?

Hello Doctor, sometimes when I drink cold things, I feel them flowing in my armpits, some nights I used to wake up choking as if something is stuck on my throat but I was advised to take warm water every night and now it has taken long time without happening to me. But still Doctor, I feel there is a problem with my left arm and chest cause even they get exhaustion so quick. Its now years with that feeling and am so worried about my health. When I sleep on my Left side or lean using it gets exhausted so quick. What could be the problem because I even checked my heart and it was Okey.
