What Could Cause Lifelong Extreme Thigh Sensitivity To Pressure, Where Even Light Impact Causes Lingering Pain?

For as long as I can remember, even in childhood, my thighs have been extremely sensitive to pressure. They don t ache from any type of activity. Only when a cat, or dog, or something hits my thigh, the pain lingers forever. What could be causing this?
