What Could Cause Light Bleeding And Cramps?
My last period was Sept 29th on October 9th I thought I was having implantation bleeding...... I found out I wasn't pregnant so I have no idea what that brownish blood was. Now I'm having the same issues. Blood only when I wipe, and cramps. Is this some kind of disease?

You should get checked for vaginal infection and sexually transmitted disease. They cause Brown discharge and pain.
