What Could Cause Light Spotting And Pain In Stomach & Back?

since 3 days iam having light spoting but not asusual periods ,there is pain in stomach and back while standing,is it due to drugs i have taken for my foot infection.i.e, maxikind cv 625--6 days, resolve-d --9days.is ther any problem or it will be get normal.

Pain may be due to other causes, moxikind may not cure the condition fully, do a urine re me test, hormonal support may be required.
