What Could Cause Light Vaginal Bleed Post Cardio Workout?
Why do I bleed slightly after a cardio workout? I normally have heavy periods for 7 days each cycle and I'm not on birth control. I have taken bc before but that was years ago and when I did I still bled. I am slightly overweight but I cardio exercise 3x a week.

This can be due to local trauma. There nothing much to worry about. An ultrasound is to be done to rule out other causes.
