What Could Cause Light Yellow, Odorless Vaginal Discharge And Could Diet Changes Like Beetroot And Carrot Juice Be Responsible?

Hi doctor, my vagina discharge color has changed for sometime now, to light yellow. It stains my pant and its not heavy or thick. It comes with no smell, no itching.I checked for infection and the results were negative. What could have caused this? I have started taking in beetroot and carrot juice lately could it be that or what?
