Hi, The lesions for which you are worrying may be most probably cherry angioma.. also called De Morgans spots. You stop to worry and keep the lesions as they are. There is proliferation of capillaries in dermis causing small angioma. They may be idiopathic means without cause or may be secondary to diabetes, obesity, dyslipidemias,liver diseases,alcoholism,endocrinal diseases or senile age..etc. But, the drug you mentioned or sinus infection is not responsible.. Still, you consult the dermatologist for firm diagnosis. The lesions are benign, no treatment is required. Still,if you want to be free of them..
