What Could Cause Loss Of Appetite, weight Loss And Stomach Pain ?

Hi, I am just turning 40 and I have no appetite, lost weight, feel sick to my stomache most if I smell certain things and I am tired...quit often. I had my last children (twins) 12 years ago and I am not sure which type of tubal ligation procedure I had done so is it possible that I am pregnant?

Hello,
Welcome to HCM
The symptoms you are experiencing are very nonspecific for pregnancy.Since you already had tubal ligation and you are of perimenopause age group, there are very minimal chances of you becoming pregnant. For confirmation you can do home pregnancy test.
Also,i would suggest you to do Thyroid function tests,to rule out any disorders of thyroid.
Hope you are happy with the answer.
Thank you.
