What Could Cause Loud Chest Gurgling, Nausea, Hypersalivation, Reduced Appetite, A Chest Mark, And A New Hemorrhoid?

So this is embarrassing for me but im still undiagnosed I’ve been to the doctors 3 times, I’ve had loud gurgling like right under my chest area for over a month now, and now there’s a upside down V on my chest and I have a hemorrhoid that mysteriously appeared, I’ve started to hypersalivatate and sometimes I have this random feeling like I gotta throw up but It goes away, during that I feel sick to my stomach, and I can’t eat much anymore, I’ve had a cat scan with dye I’ve had many blood tests but they still haven’t found anything.
