For quite some time i have had lower abdominal pains all over, and sometimes back pains on the right side. I have missed my period for two days, I done a pregnancy test five days before my period was due, the results showed no pregnancy, now I just wanted to know what is causing this? Thank you
There are many causes for lower abdominal pain. It depends on the side. It's less possible to pick up pregnancy using UPT before you could miss your periods. Do another UPT after you miss your period. Ovulation could cause lower abdominal pain and even implantation could cause. How long does the pain last? Are you having this pain daily? Ovulation or Implantation pain doesn't last long. If you are having pain which comes everyday then get yourself checked. Pelvic inflammation or Endometriosis could cause such pain.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
