What Could Cause Menstrual Irregularity?

I had an abortion over seven weeks ago, i have done a pregnancy test that shows that my hcg level has reduced, not seen my period yet and i can feel something strong in my lower abdomen and this is getting me really worried. Doctor please i need to understand what is happening to me

Hi,

If you are sure that you had complete abortion and you did not have sex after abortion, there is nothing to worry about. Periods usually get irregular for few months after abortion.
